First Day of School is Monday, August 26th.

Crabs baseball players will be joining us for Field Day,

so wear your Humboldt Crabs gear!

A few Crabs baseball players will run a wiffle ball group during Field Day.

The players will try to sign autographs for the students, so, bring AN item to have autographed!

Early School Dismissal @1:00pm

The end of the year has come, and we have a lot for
which to be grateful. Please consider joining us for the
Graduation ceremony at 10:15 and stay for lunch on the
lawn afterwards. The ceremony is one of the sweetest
events we have all year and is very meaningful,
regardless of your child’s grade. We know it is in the
middle of the workday which is a challenge for most
parents. I am confident that if you can join us, you will be
charmed and perhaps even moved by the love that is
felt in our community that day.

Fuente Nueva is lucky to have Amigos de Fuente Nueva, a parent teacher organization that leads the efforts in fundraising for our school. The biggest fundraiser of the year is just around the corner and now you can buy your tickets right on line. If you have not been before, we encourage you to consider joining us for a night of Brazillian themed food and Latinx based music by La Macha. Amigos de Fuente Nueva has a history of putting on a really good party where you can also have a chance to purchase items that have been donated generously by the community. Enrollment Information Night

This night is provided to give parents an opportunity to learn about our program, meet the teachers, tour the classrooms, and obtain an enrollment application.  Child-care is available with limited space. Reservations for child care are strongly encouraged and may be made by calling 822-3348.

Parents unable to attend our information night may learn more about Fuente Nueva Charter School by: scheduling a visit to the classrooms, attending a school event, talking to current Fuente Nueva school community members or calling the school to find out more.

January 13 – February 10, 2019  @ 4pm

On Friday November 9 we dismiss at 1pm to begin parent teacher conference week. Early dismissal will continue through Friday November 16, to provide 5 days for conferences. This is a great opportunity for parents to engage in their child’s education. Sign-up for your conference by the door of your student’s classroom.
