Pursuant to Education Code section 5328, the Board of Trustees of the Scotia Union School District intends to appoint one (1) qualified person to the Board.  An applicant must meet the following qualifications for consideration: 18 years of age or older; a citizen of the state; a resident of the school district; a registered voter; and not disqualified by the constitution or laws of the state from holding a civil office.

Completed applications must be received in the District Office no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 1, 2018.  The current members of the Board of Trustees will interview applicants in open session at a meeting on Wednesday, June 20, 2018.
